- Email us at sav@lesbabilleuses.com with photos and a description of the repairs you believe need to be done.
- The revision is free. The filling, repair, and changes are done based on a quote.
- If you accept the quote, send us your cover or cushion to Les Babilleuses, 14 street Anatole France, 66670 Bages, France, or via Mondial Relay (choose "La Porte Des Aspres," 66620 Brouilla; we will not pick up packages from other relays) (not available in every country). Or come, with an appointment only, to bring them to us.
- The shipping or travel cost is at your charge. You are responsible for the shipment to reach us in good condition.
- Please include your name, full address, email, valid mobile number, and the choice of pickup parcel relay that best suits you for the return.
- Attach inside the package our email exchanges with the operations to be done and the accepted quote.
- Once the products are received, revised, and repaired, if there is a payment required, we will send you a payment link for the agreed amount before the return.
- We will return the products according to the carrier you choose from those we offer, at your expense.
And your cushion will be ready again for a, what am I saying, several rounds more!
